At Mirra Mirra, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost — no return necessary.
